• 5..Seller Sends satoshi from a wallet with over 4000 BTC to the buyer  wallet 

• 6.Seller sends invoice 

• 7.Buyer pays for the first tranche 100 % to seller account 

• 8.Seller confirms the funds and release the BTC to the Buyers wallet
