Ethereum's highly anticipated Shanghai upgrade, also called the Shanghai-Capella hard fork, is set to occur Wednesday, after which users will have access to the $31 billion worth of ether (ETH) staked in the blockchain since December 2020.

 

The upgrade has been widely hailed as long-term bullish for Ethereum's native token. Still, bitcoin (BTC), not ether, is outperforming the broader crypto market and becoming more dominant as the upgrade approaches.

 

Bitcoin's dominance rate, which measures the largest cryptocurrency's share of crypto's total market valuation, rose to 48.5% early Tuesday, the highest since July 2021, according to data tracked by charting platform TradingView. The metric has risen by 15% this year.” - Read More

• a. SPA, including IMFPA, signed by both parties.

• b. Buyer and seller agree to tranche schedule.

• c. Seller and buyer appoint a mutually agreed upon  escrow attorney for the transaction.

• Proof of Funds via buyer's USDT wallet address.

• a. Buyer sends his Tether (USDT)  wallet or  public wallet address.

• b. Seller conducts forensics (Coin Analysis Report).

• Proof of Coins of the seller’s BTC wallet. 

• a. Seller sends his bitcoin wallet or  public wallet address.

• b. Buyer conducts forensics (Coin Analysis Report).

• Transaction Procedure for Escrow:

• The both escrow agents provides the buyer and seller with the wallet addresses, where BTC and USDT will be sent..

• The buyer sends the first tranche of USDT to the Seller’s escrow attorney’s  wallet.

•   a. Seller Escrow attorney confirms receipt of USDT in his wallet and sends screenshots to the seller.

•   b. The seller verifies the USDT via www.etherscan.io or www.tronscan.org online.

• Seller subsequently sends BTC to the buyer’s escrow attorney's wallet.

•   a. Buyer Escrow attorney confirms receipt of BTC in his wallet and sends screenshots to the buyer.

•   b. The buyer verifies the wallet via blockchain explorer online.

• The both escrow Agents conduct forensics on USDT and BTC.

• The Seller’s escrow Agent sends USDT to the seller.

• The Buyer’s escrow Agent sends BTC to the buyer.

• Seller shall pay the sales commissions as per the instructions outlined herein in Annex D.

• Steps b) to h) are repeated until transaction is complete.
