• Buyer = 3%

• Buyerside = 1%

• PROCEDURE :

​

1. Seller to send $5-$10 worth of BTC test to buyer or the law firm to verify seller's wallet on blockchain explorer.

2. Then Buyer will move funds to the law firm like Greenspoon Marder, Jones Day or Ashcroft

3. Once funds are in there, Seller can send BTC to buyer or the law-firm will release the escrow.  

4. The buyer is a company. My contact in New Jersey is the vice president of the company.

5. The buyer can't do BTC deals unless he has seen the proof of BTC either to him or the law firm.
