Last week, as a guest on Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu, Hayes made the case for why he believes Bitcoin

Hayes said:

“I absolutely agree that there is going to be a major financial crisis, probably as bad or worse than the great depression, sometime near the end of the decade; before we get there, we’re gonna have, I think, the largest bull market in stocks, real estate, crypto, art, you name it, that we’ve ever seen since WW2.”

Hayes cites the nearly predictable response of the United States government rushing in to intervene in every economic crisis with a bail-out as a key catalyst behind the structural problems in the U.S. economy.

He explained that this essentially creates an endless cycle of central bank printing, which leads to inflation and prevents the economy from going through natural market cycles of growth and correction.

• PROCEDURE : 

​

• Both the BUYER / SELLER and Attorney signs the USDT/ BTC Escrow CONTRACT. After, *Attorney will send a Letter of RWA/Attestation/ guarantee.

• Within 24 hours of signing the contract, the BUYER will make payment for the Test Tranche of BTC equivalent of 100 BTC to the Seller’s Attorney’s USDT WALLET and wait for payment clearance. Once coins are cleared.

• The SELLER/ ATTORNEY shall perform a TEST TRANSFER in BTC equivalent to 100 BTC from their transactional wallet within a specific window of time agreed upon by both parties. The SELLER will provide a screenshot and a TX Hash ID to demonstrate the transfer’s origin and confirm that the original holding wallet holds at least 5,000 BTC with less than 100 transactions.

• Once the TEST TRANSFER is authenticated, and the contents of the SELLER's/ ATTORNEY BTC TRANSACTION WALLET are verified, both the BUYER and SELLER/ ATTORNEY will start the tranche schedule.

• The BUYER will arrange the first tranche payment for the agreed in the contract issued by the SELLER/ ATTORNEY within the same day or within 24 hours. In case of Business hours closing or , the BTC Transfer will be made on the same day or the next Day.

• BUYER shall transfer the first tranche of minimum 1,000 BTC equivalent or agreed upon between Buyer/ Seller in USDT to the USDT wallet of the Attorney’s within 24 hours.

• After the USDT Payment is transferred, the BUYER will provide TX I.D of payment to the SELLER/ ATTORNEY.

• Upon receiving the TX I.D of the BUYER's USDT transfer to the Attorney’s USDT wallet, the SELLER/ ATTORNEY shall immediately send the agreed amount of BTC coins to the BUYER'S BTC TRANSACTION WALLET and provide a screenshot as proof of the transfer.

• Parties may agree to increase the investment amount (optional) once the first tranche has been successfully transferred to the ATTORNEY’S receiving USDT wallet, and the BTC coins have been successfully transferred to the BUYER's TRANSACTION WALLET.

• Upon successful clearance of USDT into the Attorney's wallet, the transfer of BTC coins will be initiated within a 24-hour timeframe. In the rare event that the BTC coins are not sent promptly without prior written notice, the Seller will issue a 100% refund without any deductions no questions asked.

• The Parties will mutually agree on the tranche schedule going forward. The steps #6- #10 will be repeated until completion of the tranche schedule.
