Spoke to mandate several times.
Docs can be sent directly to seller escrow lawyer, which is a huge plus. $250M escrow insurance is also helpful.
-8/-4 obviously amazing terms.
We are all on buy side for this one.
Sellers are members of original Miami miners .
Big selling point of this deal is that docs are sent direct to their lawyer.
