• PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer and Seller shall sign the Buyer Nominated Escrow Agreement. Seller shall forward to the Escrow Agent ( James P Wohl)  exact wire information and banking coordinates for each of the parties and their respective representatives.

2. Upon execution of the Purchase Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, Buyer within 1 banking day shall wire to Seller Escrow Agent(James P Wohl) the contracted purchase amount to be applied to the purchase of the contracted BTC (“Initial Deposit” 500 BTC) TO SELLER ESCROW (James P Wohl)

3. Seller Escrow Agent (James P Wohl) shall inform both Buyer, buyer escrow if applicable, and Seller receipt of the Initial first tranche fund Deposit.

4. Seller shall initiate placement transfer of the first tranche of the BTC directly into Buyer wallet or its nominated wallet address and buyer, or buyer agent, shall inform all parties via email with screenshot once 6 confirmations complete on the blockchain.

5. Seller Escrow Agent (James P Wohl ) will then disburse funds to Seller destination Account.

6. In the event that the seller is unable to send BTC to the buyer's wallet within 2 banking days of initializing the escrow process /confirmation of funds the Escrow Agent reserves the right to return the funds to the buyers sending account.

7. Buyer shall be responsible for the coin verification and validation.
