POF - Buyer provides updated POF or IBAN number within 24h banking of issuance. Provide CIS and Buyer info and Capability of buyer.
POC - Satoshi test during zoom conference. The Satoshi test is done from seller's wallet to buyer's wallet. Seller must show the wallet via zoom. The contract must specify which wallet the test will come from, and show this wallet test.
After the Satoshi test, buyer and seller to sign SPA contract.
Buyer will buy through a bank with guarantees.

ANY TEST TRANCHE WILL BE SOLD AT PAR / MARKET VALUE

PROCEDURE:

A. Buyer submits a LOI / Purchase Order with wallet and POF with tranche schedule
B. Seller shows wallet(s) POC
C. Buyer signs the Purchase Order
D. Seller execute invoice
E. Buyer deposits funds into Seller’s escrow as listed herein.
F. Seller sends bitcoins into Buyer’s wallet
