" Bitcoin is showing some bullish signs as it touches $50,000 for the first time in a month following its September selloff towards $40,0000.

"Bitcoin is closer to $100,000 than it is to zero. Recapturing the $50,000 level is a big deal for Bitcoin and significant for the cryptoverse. Bitcoin is starting to show bullish signs despite whatever risk mode is happening on Wall Street," said OANDA senior market analyst Edward Moya.

At the time of writing, bitcoin was trading at $50,018.78, up 5.44% on the day.

It is an important shift that bitcoin is breaking away from the bearish U.S. stock market sentiment. "It appears large parts of both the retail and institutional world have evolved and have embraced becoming Long-Term-Holders(LTH)," Moya noted on Tuesday.

• ​PROCEDURE:

​

1. Buyer submits bank information where the funds are being sent from to the Provider ⮚

2. Provider generates a Commercial Invoice showing tranche size, rate and wallet for distribution of the BTC and sends to the Buyer for approval ⮚

3. Buyer sends funds to Escrow account of the Provider upon acceptance of the Commercial Invoice ⮚

4. Buyer sends copy of wire/transfer receipt to the Provider ⮚

5. Escrow Agent shall confirm receipt of the deposit ⮚

6. Escrow Agent sends BTC to the Buyer within Four (4) hours of receipt of the funds in the Escrow Agent’s account as per the commercial invoice ⮚

7. Upon 6 confirmations on the blockchain and confirmation from the Buyer, Escrow Agent shall release the funds to the Provider ⮚

8. Upon deposit of entire tranche with Buyer as evidenced by Provider, Provider shall disburse the remainder of the BTC/FIAT for commissions as per the IMFPA within Twenty-Four (24) banking hours. ⮚

9. If coin is not received by the Buyer within the prescribed time set forth herein, Escrow Agent shall return the funds to the Buyer within one (1) banking day
