  • Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Buyer, the Buyer will provide a precise video of their Account to show Proof of Funds to pay for the Bitcoin, and once the Seller is satisfied, the Seller will then show a precise video of Trezor Hard Wallet to prove there is genuine Bitcoin to sell, which can be confirmed through www.blockchain.com with the Wallet Address by the Buyer. (N:B: for Buyers demanding for Satoshi test, unfortunately we will NOT send Satoshi from the same Bitcoin Address which we have our bulk BTC due to security breach in the past, we can only send via the same Trezor hard Wallet from our Test Wallet Address which can be seen in the video). 

  • Once both parties are satisfied, the BTC Agreement will be signed by both parties. Then the Seller will forward the Trust/Fiduciary Account in (Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and Dubai upon availability), if Payment is by direct wire transfer, but if it is via USDT Coin Swap Payment, then the Seller will forward USDT Wallet. If by Over the Counter (OTC) via Binance or Coinbase Exchange, then the Buyer has to open an Account with those Exchanges, and go through their Identification Verification, and also through OTC verification. Once they’ve approved your Account, then the Transaction will proceed immediately. 

  • Once Payment is confirmed by the Seller, then the Bitcoin will be sent to the Buyer’s Wallet for the first Tranche. Once the Buyer is satisfied, and wants to buy in bulk from 10k to 100k BTC, then both parties can now agree to do Desk-to-desk Transaction in HSBC Bank Hong Kong, Singapore or Dubai, and the Payment can be Wired directly into the Seller’s nominated Account.  

  • N:B. We have to go through this rigorous process due to current changes in Cryptocurrency in United Kingdom as there is 20% (CGT) Capital Gain Tax on Bitcoin Sellers and most Escrow in UK will have to declare the Bitcoin sales to the Authority as well.

    4.  A zoom call will then be setup between seller and buyer to fix on the trade date and agreed price index for the trading of total 50K btc. 1st tranche can be 500,1000 or 5000. Depends on both side comfortable level. Followed by tranches of 10,000 btc each to complete total 50k btc. Please ensure that seller bank is able to clear each cheque of up to 10,000 btc.
    5. Seller is required to put a deposit of 5 btc in order to secure of any pull out by Seller when the cheques are being processed and buyer team will send 2 people down to do the trade in Singapore/Brussels. This 5 btc deposit will either be refunded to seller upon the complete of the deal, or they will pay seller together with the final cashier's cheque to include the amount for the 5 btc.
    6. Once cashier's cheques are issued, the cheques will be screenshot to show the seller for him/her to verify with their bank that it is genuine.
    7. Once confirmed, buyer will send his 2 representative to meet with the actual cheques.
    8. We will arrange meeting at a neutral bank of seller on the fixed date. On the spot seller will verify together with his/her bank manager that it is the same cheques that was screenshot. Once confirm, seller will do the first tranche transfer, and buyer will hand over the first cheque for the first tranche once coins are cleared.
    9. The following will follow suit until complete of all 50k btc. Given a total completion within 5 to 10 days
    10. Buyer will also issue the total amount of commission using cashier's cheques only to the Buyer mandate and he will then transfer over with proper documents from buyer side to ensure buyer mandate and parties of intermediaries are properly documented to received their share of commission which was agreed upon.
