  • PROCEDURE :​

​

  • 1. Buyer Mandate and Seller Mandate have initial call to discuss terms after RWA/LOI. 5/2 on 50K BTC with rolls and extensions with initial tranche of 500 BTC.  (Completed ?)

  • 2. Seller Escrow Counsel has initial discussion with Buyer's Escrow Law Firm to discuss the escrow arrangements and if agreed then presents Escrow Agreement and Escrow Letter for Buyer's Escrow Law Firm to accept.   

  • 3. Buyer's Escrow Law Firm  accepts Escrow Agreement and Escrow Letter via notice to Seller's Mandate and Seller's Escrow Counsel.   Buyer's Escrow Law Firm provides POF to Seller's Escrow Counsel and Seller issues invoice for the initial tranche of 500 BTC, then, in exchange the Seller will provide transactional wallet with sufficient BTC of at least 2000 BTC to satisfy the initial 500 BTC tranche and subsequent tranches the Buyer and Seller agree to relative to that initial wallet.   

  • 4. Buyer sends funds to the jointly controlled ESCROW ACCOUNT of Buyer Law Firm, or as otherwise agreed.  This initial escrow releases funds as agreed to jointly managed Trust escrow.  Seller's Escrow Counsel and Trust Escrow Counsel confirm receipt of funds to Trust and Seller and Trust send initial tranche to Buyer's designated wallet address for review and acceptance. Buyer accepts the BTC and Buyer Escrow Law Firm and Seller Escrow Counsel authorize the payment of funds by Trust Escrow Counsel.  Buyer Escrow Law Firm and Seller Escrow Counsel disburse funds to Seller Escrow Counsel designated accounts for sell side disbursements and approve payments of buy side disbursements.   

  • 5. STEPS 3-4 REPEAT UNTIL THE CONTRACT IS COMPLETE.

  • Buyer pays Buyer Law Firm Escrow fees, Seller pays Seller Escrow fees when payment to Trust is approved.
