" Australian investors will be able to trade its first Bitcoin spot ETF starting next week when the Cosmos Asset Management Bitcoin ETF launches on ASX Clear.

Financial regulators have greenlit Australia’s first Bitcoin ETF to begin trading on April 27 and the Australian Financial Review reports it could see up to $1 billion in inflows.

​

An ETF is a regulated exchange traded fund that allows investors to benefit from the price of Bitcoin (BTC) without needing to own any coins themselves directly.

Cosmos Asset Management beat out local contenders VanEck, BetaShares, and EFT Securities to issue Australia’s first Bitcoin ETF. Each firm has been in the running to close out regulatory approvals since at least March, according to the Sydney Morning Herald." - Read Full Article

• 2) After POC of the wallet of minimum 100 bitcoins (with forensic analysis) and POF of the buyer’s bank’s account, buyer make payment of the first tranche

• 3) After verification the payment of tranche in the escrow’s account, sellers transfers bitcoins in buyer’s wallet within a few minutes and after six confirmations the escrow release the funds to the seller.

• Note:

• a) Only if the seller agree, Buyer can pay first tranche in the escrow, wait the BTC transferring and PAY the tranche in hand of the seller as guarantee for the second tranche, and so on (buyer could pay 2 tranche and receive one tranche)

• b) Buyer can pay with USDT for quick payment, only if the seller agreed
