Far from the early days of crypto being thought of as a tool for criminals and other illegal actors, central governments the world over are rapidly working on various type of crypto-fiat hybrid currencies. This is not news, but comments about the possibility of bitcoin being potentially rendered obsolete by a U.S. CBDC shows just how much more education and awareness is needed.

Bitcoin may have been the first crypto to go mainstream, and certainly tends to dominate blockchain and crypto conversations, but is just one of thousands of cryptoassets that exist in the marketplace.   • ​PROCEDURE:

  • 1.) Buyer & Seller negotiate terms, conditions which includes quantity tranche, discount, commissions, and procedures of both the purchase contract and the limited escrow agreement and bilateral exchange of information which includes Buyer, Seller and Escrow Agent CIS and banking/account information. ( Escrow attorneys must be reputable/licensed/ insured and must have a segregated IOLTA account devoted to this transaction at a major bank.)

  • 2.) Seller & Buyer exchange POC vs. POF and execute Contract and Escrow Agreement in accordance with following procedures incorporated into both Purchase Contract and Escrow Agreement:

  • 3.) Escrow Agreement Structure; Escrow Agreement shall only govern the protective covenants and security of Buyer and Seller against purchase contract non-performance as follows:

  • 3.1) - Buyer will register a Wallet under Escrow Agent name where Seller transfers the agreed- upon Bitcoins into the Escrow Agent Wallet and Buyer will wire transfer the equivalent amount in Fiat (US$) into Escrow Agent IOLTA Account.

  • 3.2.) Non- Performance Security Deposit: Buyer and Seller decide amount of non- performance min 5% for up to 100% of agreed upon tranche value to be delivered in Escrow care Seller( in Bitcoins Equivalency) vs Buyer( Fiat Equivalency) as follows:

  • 4- Purchase Contract Structure

  • 4-1 Buyer register with Citibank and set up a transactional holding Account under Buyer group Citibank Server linked online banking portal under Seller name registered as the Acct Beneficiary for Buyer Pre- Payment/ pre-purchase of tranche BTC.

  • 4.2- Buyer and Seller determine tranche closing hour and lock the price and have the seller issue the tranche invoice.

  • 4.3- Buyer prepay/load into above Seller Citibank holding Account the first tranche Fiat.

  • 4.4- Seller sends the first tranche BTC Delivery after Blockchain confirmation, Seller has earned the BTC delivery in Fiat as per invoice.

  • 4.5- Commissions are paid in accordance with Contract IMFPA agreement

  • 4.6- Seller is free from the Transaction Account under his name and control from online banking access transfer funds via MT103 all or parts of his tranche money earned as he wishes to anywhere in the world 24 hours a day!

  • 4.7- Steps 4.2 through 4.6 are repeated for all tranches until the end!

  • 4.8- Non-Performance Security Deposit Release Provision: Upon Buyer and Seller full satisfactory performance under the Contract, both Seller and Buyer shall sign a " Release Order" instructing the Escrow Agent to return the non-performance guarantee Fiat back to the Buyer and the Bitcoins to the Seller. Or alternatively, Buyer and Seller can decide to instruct the escrow agent to transfer the equivalent value of Fiat in BTC Buyer Wallet in exchange for the Buyer Fiat and any excess BTC or Fiat over and above the exchange shall be returned to the respective party.
