  • ​PROCEDURE:

​

  1. The Buyer and the Seller shall sign SPA. 

  2. The Buyer and the Seller in this Agreement must forward to the escrow agent the exact transfer information and bank details of each party and their respective representatives. 

  3. Escrow agent must endorse the escrow agreement and must circulate the completed escrow agreement to the seller, who will transfer it to the buyer. 

  4. After execution of the Purchase Agreement and Escrow Agreement, the Buyer shall transfer to Escrow Agent Norlaw the sum to be applied to the purchase of the first tranche of 5,000 BTC . 

  5. Escrow Agent shall inform both the Buyer and the Seller of the receipt of the deposit of funds. 

  6. Seller will begin placing the first tranche of BTC directly into Buyer's wallet. The Buyer, through escrow agent, will provide the information of its BTC Wallet at the time of the execution of the Purchase Agreement. 

  7. Seller will provide proof of BTC placement after receiving confirmation of Buyer's funds. 

  8. Thereafter, the Buyer will confirm receipt of the tranche of BTC in its Wallet. 

  9. Upon receipt of the BTC tranche, Escrow Agent shall pay the consideration - price on www.bitcoin.com - to the Seller net of the 13% gross discount.  

  10. After sending the funds to the Seller, Escrow Agent shall pay the commission according to the representatives listed in the IMFPA to this Agreement. Seller shall pay such commission in BTC within 24 hours of receipt of funds from Escrow Agent. 

  11. After payment of the entire first tranche to Buyer and payment of the commission, items 7. through 10. shall be replicated.

  • A video call is made between buyer and seller.

  • Proof of funds (POF) and proof of coins (POC) will be exchanged during the video identity verification by the buyer and the seller as follows:

  1. Identity: Original Passport must be presented on video by both parties. Seller will ask for additional ID if necessary.

  2. Wallet: Buyer´s receiving wallet will be submitted privately to the seller.

  3. Proof of funds (POF): Buyer has to login to his/her bank account to show the proof of funds (POF).

  4. Proof of coins (POC): Seller will play the recorded proof of coins video (POC) with personalized code given by the buyer. (No Satoshi or A-B wallet test available).

  • Buyer´s Bank Officer will initiate an MT199 communication to seller´s bank, informing the bank of the upcoming transfer with stated exact date of the transaction. 

  • Upon the confirmation of the seller´s Bank Officer, seller issues the invoice and buyer pays the agreed amount of BTC using MT103 Cash Wire Transfer, or Telegraphic Transfer {TT}. Then provide the official bank slip to the seller.

  • Upon the confirmation of the seller´s designated bank of the confirmed clear receipt of payment to the seller (it takes 72 hours), the seller will release the agreed amount of the BTC to the buyer´s wallet, and then the seller will send the screenshot to the buyer as proof showing that the BTC has been sent.

  • Buyer has to wait until the six {6} confirmation has been achieved and the Bitcoin {BTC} is finally sitting in buyer´s receiving wallet. Buyer will make it known to the seller by providing the screenshot of the confirmed complete transfer.

  • Seller pays commission to all involved parties according to the annexed IMFPA-[Insert Code……], and move to the next tranche until contract is exhausted.

The Seller’s source wallet must contain at least 1,000 BTC. (For all following tranches started from new seller’s wallet will be sent only specified amount of Satoshi to the buyer’s wallet, the source wallet(s) must contain at least BTC for current tranche).

  • 4) After the buyer verified the transferring of a Satoshi to his wallet and after the Six (6) confirmations of blockchain, the buyer sends payment by Swift MT103 for the current tranche. Scheduled tranches (see Annex A).

  • 5) After receiving and confirmation of the Swift MT103 at seller‘s bank, the seller transfers Bitcoins to the buyer’s wallets for the amount stated in the Swift MT103 through BLOCKCHAIN at the rate of the day -4 % net discount. The transfer of BTC must be realized within 24 hours after receipt of Swift notification.

  • 6) Buyer will confirm the receipt of the BTC in his wallet.

  • 7) The commission must be paid by seller to the agents under the IMFPA ​1310-BTC-2020 which is included in this agreement in “Annex C”.

  • 8) For additional tranches steps 3 – 9 will be repeated until the total volume is settled.

  • 9) Upon completion of the transaction, both parties sign the affidavit of successful settlement.

  • 7. The USD-provider for each tranche of bitcoins makes payment in USD to the BTC-provider by SWIFT MT103/202/TT or release unconditional Payment. The final price of bitcoins is determined by the exchange rate on the day of sending bitcoins.

  • 2) Buyer pays for the agreed amount of BTC via MT103 Cash wire transfer or via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and provide the slip to the Seller

  • 3) Upon Receipt of the Payment to Seller’s Account, seller will release the agreed amount of BTC to the Buyer’s wallet mentioned in the SPA and Seller will the provide the Screenshot to the Buyer as a proof that the BTC has been sent.

The EUR-provider pays 100% EUR for 102% of the received BTC to the following bank details of the BTC-provider:

  • After receiving the Euro for the transferred BITCOINS, the BTC-Provider pays a commission of 3% to the BTC-paymaster).

  • Further tranches are processed according to the tranche schedule “A”, (with clauses from item 2.2.4. to item 2.2.8. of the Transaction Procedure), until the total volume of the contract is reached.
