  • e. SELLER PAY ALL BROKERS AND DISCOUNT TO BUYER BY BTC/FIAT  

  • f. NEXT TRANCHE CONTINUE UNTIL CONTRACT EXHUASTED

  • 2. TTM, F2F, B2B Procedure:

  • a.BUYER AND SELLER SIGN AGREEMENT (BUYER PROVIDE CURRENT STATEMENT ACCOUNT, SELLER PROVIDER WALLET SCREEN SHOT)

  • b. SELLER AND BUYER DURING FACE TO FACE MEETING, AT WINDOW TIME SELLER SHARE HIS WALLET LIVE SCREEN  WITH BUYER OR LIVE VIDEO OF WALLET , BUYER CONFIRM THE COIN BALANCE

  • c. BUYER PAY FOR THE FIRST TRANCHE 1000 BTC TO SELLER GIVEN ACCOUNT

  • d. UPON THE RECEIPT/CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT, SELLER TRANSFER THE 1000 BITCOINS FROM THE SAME WALLET TO THE BUYER’S WALLET AND PROVIDE THE SCREENSHOT TO THE BUYER

  • e. SELLER PAY ALL BROKERS AND DISCOUNT TO BUYER BY BTC 

  • f. BOTH PARTIES DEPARTS FROM THE MEETING VENUE 

  • g. BUYER CONFIRM THE BITCOINS AND PREPARE FOR THE MAIN SECOND TRACH OF 10,000 BITCOINS 

  • WEEKLY.

  • h. NOTE: NO SATOSHI, NO COIN MOVEMENT FROM WALLET A TO WALLET B PROCEDURE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.

  • 3. Blockchain Cash to Cash Closing:

  • a. BUYER AND SELLER EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT.

  • b. BUYER PROVIDES A LIVE UPDATED VIDEO OF THE CASH TO SELLER 

  • c. SELLER AGENT PROVIDE PROOF OF COIN VIA WALLET LIVE VIDEO UPDATED OR SCREENSHOT FROM HIS SELLER.  

  • d. DURING THE MEETING BUYER HAND OVER CASH TO SELLER AGENT, SELLER AGENT VERIFY THE FUND THROUGH EXCHANGE, BANK AND CONFIRM THE FUND TO SELLER.SELLER AGENT TAKE POSSESSION OF THE FUND, NOTIFY THE SELLER OF THE FUND SECURE AND SAFETY, NOTE BUYER/SELLER AGENT WILL CONVERGE OR REMAIN AT THE MEETING POINT HOTEL /OFFICE/MALL AFTER HALF AN HOUR OF FUND RECEIPT FOR COIN CONFIRMATION.

  • e. SELLER REMOTELY SIMULTANEOUSLY CREDIT BUYER WALLET ADDRESS WITH 500 BTC COIN.

  • f. BUYER VERIFIES THE COIN AND PAYS THE CONSULTANT FEE BOTH PARTIES BUYER AND SELLER AGENT DEPART THE MEETING VENUE. 

  • g. NEXT TRANCHE REPEATEDLY UNTIL CONTRACT EXHAUSTED

  • 4. Escrow to Escrow Procedure:

  • b. BUYER TRANSFERS FUNDS FROM HIS ACCOUNT TO SELLER'S ESCROW/TRUST AGENT 

  • c. SELLER TRANSFERS COINS FROM HIS BTC WALLET TO HIS ESCROW/TRUST AGENT OR DIRECTLY FROM HIS WALLET TO BUYER 

  • d. BOTH PARTIES (ESCROW/TRUST AGENT AND BUYER) CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY OF COINS AND FUNDS TO EACH OTHER 

  • e. BUYER CONFIRMS RECEIPT OF COINS TO ESCROW/TRUST AGENT.

  • f. SELLERS ESCROW/TRUST AGENT RELEASES FUNDS TO THE SELLERS ACCOUNT AND FEES TO THE CONSULTANTS ON BOTH SIDES.

  • g. NOTE: NO SATOSHI, NO COIN MOVEMENT FROM WALLET A TO WALLET B PROCEDURE IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.

  • 5. Platform Cold Wallet Closing:

  • a. BUYER AND SELLER EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT.

  • b. BUYER PROVIDES A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT NOT OLDER THAN 3 BANKING DAY 

  • c. BUYER OPEN A WALLET ADDRESS IN THE SELLER BITCOIN TRADING PLATFORM 

  • d. SELLER CREDIT BUYER   PLATFORM WALLET WITH BITCOIN ON RESTRICTION OFFLINE.

  • e. BUYER TRANSFER FUND INTO SELLER NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT.

  • f. PLATFORM RELEASE RESTRICTION ON THE BUYER PLATFORM WALLET ADDRESS TO ONLINE, BUYER TRANSFER COIN OUT TO HIS PRIVATE BLOCKCHAIN HOT WALLET

  • g. NEXT TRANCHE REPEATEDLY UNTIL CONTRACT EXHAUSTED
