1) Upon both parties signing this contract the Seller and buyer agree to a face to face meeting at a time and location to be agreed by both parties. 2) Seller will create new transitional Nano Ledger wallet. 3) Buyer will show proof of funds once the seller is satisfied with the proof of funds the seller will load the agreed number of Bitcoins onto the transitional Nano Ledger. 4) Buyer will move the funds to the sellers account. The Sellers bank officer will confirm the receipt of the funds to both parties. 5) Once the sellers Bank officer confirms the receipt of the funds the seller will hand over the Nano ledger together with the newly loaded coins on to the buyer. 6) Stages 2,3 & 4 are repeated for the remaining 4 tranches and stages 2 - 4 will be repeated on any R&E.
