A Dubai Buyer is looking for 30K-36K BTC @ -5%gross, -3% net
Buyer = 3%

PROCEDURES:
(1) Face to Face meeting in Dubai.
(2) Daily tranches of 500 BTC (or more, as agreed upon by the Parties).
(3) Cash on the table deal. Buyer prepares cash in advance of the F2F meeting. Seller, if present at this meeting, with his LIVE WALLET, shall first confirm the Buyer's cash and in return, shows the BTC in his wallet, directly to the Buyer for confirmation. Seller transfers total 500 BTC to Buyer's wallet, after a test transfer, then once confirmed, Seller takes the cash on the table. If this is via REMOTE WALLET, Seller's Rep/Collector confirms the Buyer's cash, once confirmed, Seller Rep/Collector instructs Seller to first send SATOSHI to Buyer's wallet as part of the test, then if successful, after confirming Buyer's cash (enough to buy 500 BTC), Seller transfers the 500 BTC to Buyer's wallet. Once the transfer is confirmed, Seller's Rep/Collector takes the already counted cash on the table.
(4) Target price of Net 3% discounts to Buyer.
(5) Seller pays total 2% commissions, split 50/50 to both Sides.
