Seller confirms wallet and provides POC
Buyer will send 100 (Designated currency) from buyer’s bank account to seller’s designated escrow bank account to authenticate account.

Buyer Loads Funds in the designated account in the designated currency into Lawyers Escrow bank account based on terms on the SPA eg Prior to each tranche.

Immediately before the execution of any tranche/transaction, a time is booked for the tranche and is confirmed by both parties.
While relevant parties are on the same ZOOM (or other suggested) conference call, The Buyer will send/transmit (by email or by an agreed form of digital communication) a BTC “buy” price confirmation to The Seller. The Seller will have 30 seconds to accept the given price and authorize the transaction. Upon receipt of The Seller’s confirmation of acceptance of said “buy” price by The Buyer, the parties proceed with the said tranche/transaction less gross discount.
Buyer commences the transaction with a Test tranche
Buyer transacts daily with rolls and extensions (R&E) up to *xxxxxBTC* as per terms agreed to in the SPA. Starting with smaller tranches and gradually scaling up.
*A Satoshi test is conducted prior to each transaction* The Escrow Lawyer shall release funds to the Seller once the BTC has been confirmed on the blockchain as per the Escrow agreement.
Commissions per tranche are paid out simultaneously on release of funds from the Escrow to the Seller.
