PROCEDURE:
The seller needs a CIS and a POF from the Buyer and sign a contract before proceeding, which is standard practice, etc.
Require 1000 BTC per tranche minimum, but willing to do a (1st) test tranche of 100+ BTC if requested by the Buyer.
Buyer can do transaction via escrow with Seller's US based attorney/law firm or with B2B procedure, with their bank officers.
The conversation between the two Principals could be started 'lawyer to lawyer', for comfort.
The Seller does transaction with major bank in US, or use either Chase or Citibank out of NY, or the equivalent (TBD).
The Seller also requires that the Buyer uses a major bank somewhere in the US for this transaction.
Buyers can send us a note stating their:
A) Preferred basic procedures (a copy of their standard SPA?) B) The sought contract size. C) Size of their requested 1st tranche? D) What's their tranche schedule, how much per day or week? E) The time frame that they want to complete their requested contract size?
Has to be A1 buyer. High end seller, very serious gentleman
