" The largest public holder of bitcoin is Grayscale, which operates the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust, Bank of America said in a note on Wednesday.
The trust, which trades like a stock on the over-the-counter market, likely owns 700,000 bitcoin, which represents about 3.5% of total supply and is worth more than $US31 ($40) billion, BofA said. The trust has $US36.1 ($47) billion in assets under management as of Tuesday and has often traded at a premium to its underlying bitcoin holdings.

PROCEDURE:
Seller sends a draft SPA. Within 24 hours, buyer will fill out with buyer´s required details, SIGN and return the SPA to the seller. Within 24 hours, seller will fill out all required details, SIGN and send back the SIGNED SPA on a PDF format.
Proof of funds (POF):
5 (Euro/USD) will be sent from buyer’s bank account to seller’s designated bank account to prove buyer has bank account control and then send bank statement showing debited 5 (Euro/USD) and total balance to the seller.
Proof of coins (POC):

The Buyer’s Bank sends Swift MT799 pre-advice (see Annex C) which will mention: Ready, willing, and able; to issue Swift MT760 Bank guarantee.
Seller´s bank officer must reply thru Swift to buyer’s bank confirming the successful receipt of the Swift MT799 pre-advice.
Buyer´s bank sends to seller´s bank Swift MT760 SBLC (see Annex C) locked for 365 days with a face value worth of 100,000 Bitcoins and the hard copy of SBLC instrument should be couriered to Seller’s bank same day.
Bank of Seller together with Bank of Buyer conducts verification and authentication of SWIFT TRANSFER. After verification of the Swift transfer at seller ‘s bank (it takes 10 working days), the seller transfers Bitcoins to the buyer’s wallets for the first tranche according to tranche schedule in “Annex A” through BLOCKCHAIN at the rate of the day -4 % net discount. All other tranches will be released in a 4-day interval.
After the buyer received the BTC in his designated wallets and after the Six (6) confirmations of blockchain, buyer can either (please select and check one checkbox):
☐ The SWIFT MT760 SBLC will be used a mode of payments to pay for the current tranche within 24 hours.
☐ The current tranche will be paid by Swift MT103 within 24 hours.
