" Stephen Harper may not be a big bitcoin fan, at least not yet. However, the former prime minister recently namechecked the cryptocurrency, which this week continued its rapid rise, cracking the US$50,000 mark.
“In the short to medium term … unless the U.S. becomes a catastrophe, it’s hard to see what the alternative is to the U.S. dollar as the world’s major reserve currency,” Harper told Jay Martin, chief executive of investment-conference producer Cambridge House, during an interview last month.
“Other than, you know, gold, bitcoin … a whole basket of things,” he added. “Today, it will have to be a whole basket.”

PROCEDURES:
Buyer and Seller shall sign this Agreement; Buyer shall provide updated proof of funds upon return of this Agreement whereas Seller shall provide proof of coin.
Buyer and Seller shall sign the Escrow Agreement provided by the Escrow Agent.
Escrow Agent shall endorse the Escrow Agreement and shall circulate the completed Escrow Agreement to the Seller who will transfer it to the Buyer.
Upon execution of this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, Buyer shall within 24 hours wire to Escrow Agent-PRIME TRUST LLC, the sum in USD sufficient to be applied to the purchase of the subsequent tranches of 1000 (One Thousand) BTCS.
Seller within 24 (twenty-four) hours upon escrow agent-PRIME TRUST LLC confirmation of funds, transfer coins to the buyer’s wallet address.
Seller shall provide evidence of the transfer of BTC to the Escrow Agent, and Escrow Agent will immediately transfer the Purchase Price to the Seller’s bank.
Thereafter, Buyer shall confirm receipt of the evidence of the deposit in its wallet.
Upon completion of each and every tranche transaction, Escrow Agent shall disburse the Consultants Fees as detailed in the IMFPA. All payments shall be made via wire transfer. Escrow Agent shall disburse funds within 24 hours of the transactions being consummated and after both seller and buyer verify same in writing.
