PROCEDURE :
Internal Ledger-to-Ledger Transfer BTC Purchase Procedures
SPA agreement executed by both Parties (Buyer & Seller)
Buyer and Seller will agree in Advance to the specified Tranche Schedule.
Per the Seller, the first Acceptable Tranche must be for 100 BTC.
Buyer and Seller shall convene a conference call to initiate the transaction.
Seller generates an invoice to correspond with the respective tranche, as outlined in the agreed upon tranche schedule. Therein, the BTC Purchase Price (Strike Price) shall be determined and agreed upon by both Parties.
Buyer initiates an Internal Ledger-to-Ledger transfer to the Seller’s designated account in the amount outlined in the invoice. Confirmation of which shall be delivered to the Seller
Upon confirmation of receipt of funds, Seller shall immediately disburse the purchased BTC amount to the Buyer and disburse commissions to the Intermediaries.
Upon verification and confirmation by the Buyer, the transaction is considered completed and further Tranches can proceed as per the Tranche Schedule.
