" Bitcoin will be the dominant force in global finance by 2050, according to 54% of those surveyed by personal-finance site Finder. But 44% say it will never happen.
The “Bitcoin price prediction 2021” report, published Thursday, canvassed a panel of 42 experts from finance, technology and academia. Some respondents (15%) see that dominance point, labeled “hyperbitcoinisation” in the U.K. study, occurring as early as 2035.
Adoption by the developing world is seen as the key driver, with 33% of respondents saying bitcoin will become the currency of choice in developing nations within 10 years. A further 21% say that level of adoption is more than 10 years away.

A UK based institution buyer is looking for 10K BTC @ -4% gross, -1% net
A US based institution buyer is looking for 30K BTC @ -5% gross, -2% net
Buyer = 1-2%
Buyerside = 1.5%
Sellerside = 1.5%
Escrow = Paid by Buyer and Seller 50/50
“Escrow Agent” is an UK FCA Regulated/Licensed EMD/EMI Agent, based in the UK.
PROCEDURE:
The Buyer and Seller agree upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Seller to complete and signs this Agreement and sends it to the Buyer together the Sellers KYC Information. The Buyer will then countersign this Agreement and returns it to the Seller with the Buyers KYC Information.
The Buyer and Seller shall complete and sign the Escrow Agreement. The Buyer and/or Seller shall then forward the escrow agreement to the escrow agent.
The Seller will provide a simple proof of control of BTC, as requested by Escrow Agent.
The Buyer instructs his Banking partner to send MT199-RWA (readiness to issue MT760-SBLC as payment guarantee) to the Sellers bank.
Sellers banking partner replies with MT199-RWA (readiness to receive MT760).
Buyer issues MT760-SBLC as per the agreed verbiage.
The Seller will then deposit BTC to the Escrow Agents BTC Wallet.
The Buyers Funds will remain under the control of the Escrow Agent until:
a.) The agreed tranche amount of BTC is deposited into the Escrow Agents controlled BTC Wallet and 6 blockchain confirmations.
b.) The Escrow Agent will then initiate transfer the FIAT funds to the Seller’s Bank Account and send payment remittance advice to both the Buyer and Seller within 3 (three) hours of clause 6.9.1 above.
c.) The Escrow Agent will then confirm the tranche transaction is complete either via email or phone call to both the Buyer and Seller simultaneously with proof of FIAT fund transfer.
10. Points 6.9 to 6.9.3 will then be repeated until total agreement is fulfilled or extended by the Buyer and Seller.
