PROCEDURES:

​

  • • Buyer shall sign this Agreement and shall sign the Escrow Agreement. Buyer shall authorize to provide certification of funds by the Buyer Attorney to the Seller’s Attorney.

  • • Seller shall sign this Agreement and shall sign the Escrow Agreement. Seller's Attorney shall verify certification of funds and provide proof of coin to prove availability and send this Agreement on a PDF file back to Buyer.

  • • Upon execution of this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement, Buyer shall within 24 hours wire to Escrow Agent-PRIME TRUST LLC the sum in dollars (USD) sufficient to be applied to the purchase tranches “Annex A”.

  • • Within 24 hours upon Escrow Agent-PRIME TRUST LLC confirms funds. Escrow Agent-PRIME TRUST LLC transfers coins to buyer wallet address.

  • • USD Provider validates the coin on the blockchain with 6 times confirmations.

  • • Escrow Agent-PRIME TRUST LLC will immediately transfer the Purchase Price to the Seller’s bank.

  • • Upon completion of each and every tranche transaction, Escrow Agent-PRIME TRUST LLC shall disburse the commissions in the IMFPA. All payments shall be made via Bitcoin and/or wire transfer.

  • • Escrow Agent-PRIME TRUST LLC fee to be settled equally by the Seller and Buyer.
