Remittance method: MT103 When the sales agent is confirmed, the seller writes up NCNDA&IMFPA with OTC agency. At the same time, OTC agency provides the documents the seller must fill out and apply for. Seller shall fill out the relevant documents and submit them to Etana.

PROCEDURES:

1. Signing NCNDA between OTC Agency and Seller (all brokers, intermediaries, mandatory and seller). In case mandatory of the seller has control of the wallet it is enough to have NCNDA with mandatory but he need to proof it before deal will come. 2. Signing letter / Agreement for exclusivity with OTC Agency of this deal for Etana Escrow which means 2 genreal things: a. Whole deal at Escrow will be done via contract Seller + OTC Agency + Escrow but with funds of the Buyer b. No any another deals at Etana Escrow for current 200K deal except our OTC Agency 3. OTC agency send invite to the seller to onboard on Etana Escrow and confirm 0 costs for it. 4. Buyer and OTC Agency already at Etana Escrow. 5. Buyer sign SPA with OTC Agency on behalf of exclusivity for this deal for OTC Agency 6. OTC Agency sing SPA with Seller 7. Buyer send money according SPA to the OTC Agency account. 8. OTC Agency show POF at Escrow account of OTC Agency to the seller 9. Seller send BTC to the buyer directly (we will put the same address of the buyer + addresses for brokers to the SPA with Seller). 10. Once BTC come to the Buyer and OTC Agency + brokers will have their coms Escrow automatically release the funds to the Seller. 11. Test deal $500K. The whole deal can be done by 2-3 tranches.
