The Consortium is led by Mr. Zhiyong Zhang, the chairman of Beijing Miteno Communication Technology Co. Ltd. (SZ. 300038), a technology, media and telecom (TMT) business listed on the GEM Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
